We build detached ADUs, garage conversions, attached ADUs and junior ADUs, and we handle design and permits for each one. You work with one team rather than lining up a designer, an engineer, a permit expediter and a contractor on your own.
Where do we work?
The City of San Diego, Chula Vista, La Mesa, El Cajon and Escondido. We come to your property; there is no showroom to visit. See service areas.
How do we work?
- Rules before drawings. We confirm what the parcel allows before any design time is spent.
- A written, itemized quote. After the site visit you see every line item and a schedule before you commit.
- Straight answers. When something hinges on the city or the site, we say so and explain how we will find out.

Yes. ADU Craft San Diego is licensed and insured, and license and insurance details come with every written proposal.
